WHO ARE WE?

Modern Vintage Marketplace (MVM) is more than a store—it’s an immersive, interactive destination rooted in creativity, community, and discovery in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. We blend new and vintage fashion, home décor, art, jewelry, antique tools, collectibles, vinyl, nostalgic media, and more into a cohesive, ever-evolving space where Artisan goods are integrated throughout rather than confined to booths. Every visit invites you to explore, engage, and even relax in our unique music lounge—playing vintage instruments or spinning records. Beyond retail, MVM is a growing creative hub with an event space hosting various events like workshops, special sales, and community gatherings.

HOW TO BE AN ARTISAN
|
To keep our community intentional and mutually beneficial, all new Artisans begin with a three-month trial lease to ensure the right fit—for you and for us. When wall and floor spaces (what we call “shore” and “island”) become available, invitations are extended at just $8 per square foot, with most Artisans paying as little as $64 per month. In return, Artisans gain access to a built-in customer base within an established brick-and-mortar destination, discounted use of our event space, opportunities to increase income by hosting workshops and classes, regular meetups and networking events, cross-promotion across MVM marketing channels, and mentorship from fellow creatives—all within one of the most distinctive retail environments in the area. If you’re ready to be part of something creative, collaborative, and forward-thinking, we’d love to learn more about you. While spaces may not be immediately available, we invite you to join The Yellow Light Club, our official waiting list and insider community. Members receive first notice of Artisan openings, pop-up markets, classes, and special events, along with access to opportunities within our flexible 1,100-square-foot event space—ideal for markets, workshops, meetings, tastings, private gatherings, and even qualifying nonprofit events.
